WHAT TO EXPECT


UPLIFT

Our premium high performance 'UPLIFT' program is for those wanting RESULTS. UPLIFT is a targeted, progressive and structured approach to strength training, that allows you to track your results and progress each week. Our expert coaches will ensure each member is performing optimally with correct movement and technique. Prepare to become a stronger and leaner version of yourself!


THE ENGINE

These sessions will test your limits, this type of training will feature the strength components of our UPLIFT program and key functional and conditioning components to challenge you both physically and mentally, designed for high performance where you will reach 70%+ of your maximum heart rate, allowing your body to burn fat faster and for a longer part of your day.


STRONG

Break free of your standard gym routine and try out your Strongman/woman potential. A full body workout like no other, strongman/woman training is all about functional strength. This style of training is a great way to build all over power and strength like you’ve never felt before. This style of training uses movement patterns, we have, but often neglect. Ditch the standard weights and train use a number of fun objects.

Attending 4-5 sessions per week is recommended for maximum results.

BEFORE / DURING / AFTER CLASS

BEFORE:

- Make sure you wear breathable training gear and bring a drink bottle and training towel.

- When you step into the studio on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, you’ll notice that the room is set up for our strength session for that day.

- On Wednesdays and Saturdays, Engine and Strong sessions will be set up for that day.
- Make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early so one of our friendly coaches can check you into the class, show you through the studios amenities and session flow.

DURING:

- Sessions run for 60 minutes.

- You’ll start with a warm-up, each section of the programming will be demonstrated by one of our passionate coaches.

- Equipment is shared in pairs when classes are full, it’s not only great motivation throughout the session but you’ll be sure to make some friends in between reps.

AFTER:

- Feel free to provide feedback to the studio manager after the session, we’re here to ensure you have a great experience and are always looking to improve this through conversations with our members.

How much does a membership at Uplift Training and Performance cost?


Membership pricing at Uplift Training and Performance varies depending on what you are hoping to get out of your training.

Does Uplift Training and Performance offer a free trial or casual classes?

Yes, we offer a complimentary first session for new people wanting to check out the studio before making any ongoing commitment, please book a call with the team below. We also offer drop-in classes for a single session fee, all details can be found on our app ‘Uplift Training'.

Is there a contract or commitment period at Uplift Training and Performance?


Both of our memberships ongoing options are 12 weeks minimum term. To stop training after this, it is two weeks’ notice. 

What is the class size and instructor-to-client ratio at Uplift Training and Performance?

Our class sizes are 24 maximum, and we maintain a 1:12 instructor-to-client ratio to ensure you receive personalised guidance and support during your workouts.

What amenities does Uplift Training and Performance provide?

Uplift Training and Performance offers plenty of ammenities for your comfort. Lockers, toilets, showers, water tap, hair dryers/straighteners, massage guns and plenty of parking on Bridge Road and Palmer street.

Are there any age or fitness level requirements for classes at Uplift Training and Performance?


Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and ages! Please enquire if you have any reservations about this. 

What is the cancellation policy at Uplift Training and Performance?

We have a cancellation policy in place that allows you to cancel or reschedule classes within a specified timeframe. You can find the details of our policy on our booking app, or by reaching out to us directly.

Does Uplift Training and Performance provide equipment, or should clients bring their own?

We provide the necessary equipment for our classes. All you need to bring is a training towel and your own water bottle. We handle the rest.

What is the experience and certification of the instructors at Uplift Training and Performance?

Our instructors at Uplift Training and Performance are highly qualified and certified fitness and health professionals with extensive experience in group strength training. They are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals safely and efficiently.

Can I book classes in advance at Uplift Training and Performance, and how far in advance can I do so?

Yes, you can easily book classes in advance through our website or mobile app. Our booking window typically opens several days ahead, allowing you to secure your spot in your preferred classes.
